Nice Sound for Jazz and Symphony,February 3, 2010

I bought the Sony MDR-X300 for my wife but found I like it better than my Sennheiser CX500-B. It has a wider mid-range dynamic and offers a friendlier bass sound. The ear buds fit and insulate noise well on an airplane. So I bought another pair for myself. The only complaint is there is no remote. A volume control or even an on/off switch would have been ideal.

Got it today from Amazon. Plugged in!!

Good:
1.Decent sound for the price.
2.Very sensitive unit(a whooping excellent S/N ratio!! 104dB sth..).
3.Nice pure milky white, great for ur iPod series player.

Bad:
2.Sub-Class wire quality.
3.No extension wire provided.
